Win A £100 Gift Card T&Cs

To be in with a chance of winning a £100 gift card rules are as follows:

  • Take a picture wearing your new outfit and when you upload the photo/video to social media make sure to tag us!
  • This can be on either Instagram or Tiktok
  • The post must be in line with our brand and follow social media guidelines 
  • The post can either be a photograph post,story or a reel
  • You will receive a 10% off code for your next order to your direct messages on the account you have shared the post on so please make sure to check there.
  • If we use your post your name will be automatically entered into the draw for the £100 giftcard.
  • There is no limit on how many times you can tag us in new posts
  • Each post will get you 1 x 10% off code and 1 x name in the draw if we choose to use it
  • Each post must be different to be eligible for another discount code and entry into the draw
  • The draw will take place on the 1st of December each year
  • A post will be made showing the winner being drawn and the winner will be tagged in the post
  • We will then direct message you on the account you used to make the original post and ask you for your order number and up to date email address as we will send the gift card to you via email
  • You will have 7 days to respond with your details
  • If we don’t receive a reply within that time frame your prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the remainder of the names left.
  • All remaining names will be removed after the winner is drawn and a new draw will take place starting from the 1st of January of the following year
  • The draw is worldwide and you must be 18 or over to enter
  • Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • The gift card can only be used online at www.poisonedembers.co.uk
  • The prize must be accepted by the named winner and cannot be sold or transferred
  • The 10% off discount has no expiration 
  • The gift card must be used before the 1st of December the following year (before the next draw)
  • We have the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent or violate competition rules
  • We have the right to revise these terms at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion after any such revisions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances out of our reasonable control, we reserve rights to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice
