When will my order be shipped?
If you order one of our handmade pieces your order may take 2-6 weeks to complete. Everything else can be shipped within a few days. If you do order from our ready to ship and from our made to order section your full order will be shipped once all items have been completed.
I'm not sure what size I am.....what shall I do?
If you aren't sure what size you are please see our sizing chart page for a breakdown on the sizing of all our items.
I don't see my size.....What shall I do?
If you are unable to find your size in the product you are wanting please get in touch via our contact form and we will be happy to help.
Can I pick the band/artist you use for the made to order bandeau tops, dresses and skirts?
Yes absolutely! There is a custom listing for you to be able to order through where you can pick the band/artist and which item you would like.
Can I send in a T-shirt to be used for a made to order item?
Unfortunately this isn't a service we offer as mistakes can happen sometimes and we wouldn't want to risk damaging something that may be irreplaceable. If you do have a specific shirt with a design you love then please get in touch and we will do our best to source another one for us to be able to make it into a custom item for you.
How can I return an order I no longer want?
If you decide you no longer want your order and would like to return it then please email us at poisonedembersclothing@gmail.com and we will let you know the returns procedure. Please make sure to read the returns policy before requesting a return. This can be found in the menu on our website.
My order is missing.....what should I do?
Once an order is complete you will be sent a tracking number which you can use on the royal mail website to keep track of your order. If you item says delivered but you never received it please email us at poisonedembersclothing@gmail.com and we will help you try to locate it.
Can I pay for next day delivery?
Unfortunately due to many of our items being handmade next day delivery isn't something we offer. All parcels will be sent 48 hour tracked and signed so as soon as your order is ready you will receive it within 48 hours of us shipping it.
Do you ship to the EU?
Unfortunately due to the GPSR guidelines we aren't able to meet the requirements set to be able to ship to the EU for the foreseeable future.
Can I change my order?
If you do decide you would like to change your order please get in touch ASAP and we will do our to accommodate the changes.
