Returns
We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return please email us at poisonedembersclothing@gmail.co.uk and will we get back to you with the returns procedure.
To be eligible for a return all items must be in unworn, unused condition with tags. If any the items have an indication they have been worn, used, washed, have pet hairs on or smell we have the right to refuse the items and they will be returned back to you and your refund request will be denied.
Unfortunately you are not able to return any custom items or items that have been customized to your measurements so please make sure this information is correct before you submit it to us. We are also unable to issue refunds on gift cards or sale items.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We will refund you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If we have any issues with the returned item we will notify you via email.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us using the email above with your order number and full name used to make the order and we will be happy to give you the procedure for an exchange. All items for exchanges must also be in unworn, unused condition with tags. If any the items have an indication they have been worn, used, washed, have pet hairs on or smell we have the right to refuse the items and they will be returned back to you and your exchange request will be denied. If we have any issues with the returned item we will notify you via email.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
